2009 TL Spied Again in California (Courtesy of AutomotiveTraveler.Com)

While out sampling a 2008 WRX STi in the Mojave earlier today, Richard Truesdell and his automotivetraveler.com colleagues stumbled across a trio of 2009 TLs undergoing some hot-weather testing. According to Rich's account, the thermometer in the Subie read as high as 119F. The two shown in these pics are most likely SH-AWD models, the clues being the distinct 18" 5-spokes wheels and bisected exhaust outlets.

I only just learned about it today, but it appears to have some pretty interesting stories and photography. Rich describes it as a sort of blend between Conde Nast Traveler and Motor Trend. Rich also told me he would love to hear some travel stories from our audience as well.

30
