The 2008 Honda family of cars and trucks builds on the excitement of a robust 2007 model year highlighted by the introduction of an all-new CR-V and Honda’s newest addition, the Fit. Significant developments for the 2008 model year include the debut of an all-new Accord later in 2007 and an Odyssey set to undergo a transformation with updated exterior and interior styling along with enhanced feature content.

Several members of Honda’s family will introduce new trims to their lineups for 2008. The S2000 adds a club-racer inspired S2000 CR with features and equipment designed to appeal to weekend racing enthusiasts. The 2008 Pilot introduces two new trims, the Value Package and the Special Edition. Both new offerings build upon popular trims by packaging different, highly-requested features. The 2008 Civic will offer a leather package for the first time in its history and will add a Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) to its entire lineup.

2008 Honda Accord
An all-new 2008 Honda Accord sedan will debut in Fall 2007, and Honda unveiled the fully redesigned coupe concept in January. For Honda, the Accord represents the flagship of our car line-up and our single best selling model, approaching 10 million total U.S. sales. The 2008 Accord will come to market with:

  • New focus on bold styling

  • With 120cu ft. of interior volume, sedan now classified as EPA Full-size vehicle

The second generation of the Honda FCX made its debut in the 2005 model year. Featuring an all-new Honda developed fuel cell stack, this vehicle is capable of starting in temperatures as low as -20C (-4F). This new stack also delivers increased horsepower and a longer range than previous generations. The 2006 Honda FCX added a Honda Satellite-Linked Navigation System that contains all existing hydrogen fueling stations within its database. The FCX was delivered to the first-ever private hydrogen fuel cell retail customer on June 29, 2005, in Los Angeles. Honda has announced its all-new next generation fuel cell vehicle for 2009 model year, arriving in 2008.
