It appears this photo came from the Japanese auto.ascii24.com website. What you're looking at is the Open-Air CR-V concept that Honda is showing at the Geneva motorshow. In addition to the giant glass roof, the concept has been fitted with sport bucket seats similar to the ones found in the Civic/Integra Type R models, and they are upholstered in leather. Also found on the concept are a set of stylish 5-spoke 18" wheels, and all of the body cladding is painted to match the vehicle.
