According to Jalopnik (citing Auto Motor und Sport), Ferrari's upcoming hybrid supercar will feature a 3-motor setup (two located on the front axle, and one in the transmission) and a twin turbo petrol engine. If you think this sounds a lot like the formula that Honda/Acura devised for the NSX, then you're not alone.
The key differences are the expected price: the Ferrari is expected to start at nearly $670k, though for that princely sum, you get 1000hp and a 3.9L twin turbo Ferrari V8 engine. The NSX can be had for under $200k, but you have to "settle" for 576hp and a bespoke 3.5L twin turbo 75-degree V6, which still delivers pretty insane performance for the street (sub 3.0s 0-60 times, for one thing).
