With so little camo, and such frequency of the spy pics, it appears the new Civic is coming very soon in 2011.

Cars with a wedge shape look good to me. Not much can be done with a sedan, as far as styling goes, but it has a sporty shape. A lot better than sedans that are just flat across the side glass.

As far as dual clutch transmissions, DI, more modern NAVI...would Honda launch those in a Civic? VW really has loaded the GTI with hi-tech that matters, would Honda dare introduce those first in such an important vehicle?

The cylinder shutoff was introduced in other cars before making it to the bread and butter Accord, so I suspect the Civic will not leap forward too much, but I certainly don't know the history to be confident in that.

2,432 time: please sell me a 3/5 door Euro Civic in the USA.

Agreed. This appears to be a nice evolution of the current design Civic. Now, lets see how the coupe looks.

I'm very positive that the 2012 civic is finally going to look good.
Until now, the pics does'nt indicate anything wierd, which tells that it is a clean design (unlike recent designs like accord).

Unless honda totally screws up the grill (which is not visible in the pictures), 2012 civic will be a winner.

I think the 2005 to 2006 Honda Civic was evolution of the design. This car just looks to similar from the profile to call this any evolution...but maybe things will dramatically change when the cloaking comes off.
