The 16" rims improve the looks.

What is the blue coloring in the headlight surrounds for?

Thanks for the photos.

it's standard. I guess Honda thought it would make it look cool or different.

Now IIRC, the Euro Insight has a slightly different exterior?

From what I can see it's limited to:

- clear reflector in headlight instead of amber
- 16" wheels (on some models) instead of 15" (on all U.S. models)
- fog lights (which will be an accessory in U.S.)
- rear fog light

Not to mention the kool looking, long and narrow license plates!

We, too, get the blue-chrome treatment but it's confined to the outboard portion of the housing.

The Euro-specs seem slightly better detailed than NA's. DanielGR once offered that over there buyer are more accustomed to paying a premium for smaller vehicles if they offer "premium" features as standard.

And there again are those much nicer looking 16s...

It gives the Civic minded a better Insight of the road in the Element of darkness. See as you Pilot your way through CuRVes of the twisty dark roads and the narrow ally ways, those blue tinted head lights assure you a tight Fit w/o scraping your mirrors. So much to your Accord you can zip around as a Prelude to your drive through the dusty Ridgeline to the Del Sol as you continue your Odyssey of adventure as the Passport to your weekend away.

Aren't rear for lights mandatory in the US? In Europe you can't sell a car without those.

Nope. The only cars that have them here are a few German cars, as far as I know. And the Oldsmobile Aurora. I only know that because it was such an oddity for an American car to have that feature. Plus the lights were always on, since the owners surely knew nothing about them. Same as with some Audi drivers.

No center fog light. Just reflectors.

DAMN I was waiting for the

Something along those lines.
