You and about half the population of the known universe.

Will it be called, Integra,
Or Prelude,
Or Interlude (we could have some fun there...)

I would think, & rumors I have read say the same, it will probably be called the RSX if it is made.

They should just go back to calling it the Integra ... sure it goes against the convention of luxury brands but when has Honda/Acura been afraid to plow its own field?

The CL was the Coda Luxury.

(You know the Coda is the bookmark to the Prelude, right? And the interlude is the background music they play over the Muzak during intermission while you drink sparkling wine.)

I did, and thought it was very neat! Probably just as well you explained it though.

Probably actually stood for Coda Longa, given that car's huge great ass. (that's long tail in italian, for those that are now hopelessly lost).

Hmm... I thought it was the previous Accord that had the Coda Molto Grande.. ;-)

props to you!!!!!!!!! that was very creative. i like the sound of an interlude for acura and preferably a honda prelude for honda sometime in the future as well.

...and presumably the Accurist version of the CR-Z could be the Coda Tronca.

So long as they don't give you the EuroCiv badged as an Acura Allegro; then you'd be sunk.

(if you dunno why; goooogle Austin [as in Rover] Allegro but put a paper bag over your head first. And have a spare one, in case anyone walks in while you're gooogling...

I would have thought that the TSX Coupe would be called the CSX since they would be of the same World-Accord platform. This would be in line with the TL and CL lettering naming convention. I do recall that Honda had changed the Integra name to RSX in 2002 as it wanted to make all Acuras named as some sort of lettering instead of an actual name.

But since the CSX does exist in Canada as a luxury Civic, the CSX name wouldn't work. The CSX is really an odd ball, since the TSX is already Acura's compact sedan. I don't think its' really worth the money, since you can buy an Si (sedan or coupe) for about $4,000-$5,000 less! (with the exception of no navi option).

Also, the RSX is based on the Civic and probably would remain separate from the TSX.

Don't take it too seriously!

Look; I don't really care if they call it the ANLSX or okonomi-yagi or the Crescendo or Tadpole:

Just as long as they build teh bugger & it's good!

I might mind if it's called the Tadpole... Though if it's got a turbo K-series and power going to something other than just the front wheels, I'd drive a Tadpole.

ASX, CL, CX, or RSX would be good names IMHO.
