awesome owner review...

more tov'ers should do the same ;)

one thing though

"plus the SI's mpg that is comparable to my Odyssey's with VCM wouldn't save much gas"

i dont know what si owners are getting... but in my old rsx-s i averaged at least 27mpg...

our project Si returns 30+ mpg during sustained highway driving. In fact, last week we caravaned the project Si with an '06 Ody Touring and the Ody was barely seeing 22mpg under the exact same conditions.

I loved every word of it. This is the kind of review you can never get from an automotive journalist...

It'd be great to read more such in-depth reviews from people who have actually lived with the cars for months to years...

When my '02 EL hits 200k km (around a year from now), I want to write an extremely-long-term review of it. This is inspiring!

Awesome! Hope your solution to the wind noise make it up to Honda to have it fixed ASAP.

Kind of glad I have a coupe.

to answer the si gas mileage question. i drive some highway but alot of stop and go during rush hour. between it all i average 26 to 27mpg and im not exactly trying to conserve fuel. those numbers are with a bit of spirited driving. not bad for a hot rod :P

Nice review by the way.
