can get a DC sports DAC intake for about $160, and a cold air extension for $40 or so more. I put one on my car and really dig it, I have no way to dyno my car but I definately could feel a differance. Not like it's going to make your car magically fast but it does make it feel more responsive to throttle and sounds awesome. The nice thing about it, is you can use just the DAC for winter and summer time can toss the extension instead of worrying about hydrolock or having to clean the filter monthly.

The AEM V2 will provide your car with more power due to specialized "Harmonic Tuning" in the Double Pipe. This double pipe should also in theory keep the temperature down throughout the whole Intake since it will also act as a heat shield for the main intake pipe.

The AEM CAI has just the single pipe and less power but it allows for a Bypass Valve to be installed in the case of your Filter being submurged (Peace of mind). (double pipe on the V2 Prevents the ability to put in a Bypass) Plus it's cheaper (unless you buy the bypass valve - about the same price combined as the V2)
