In 2005 the Civic linup will be fully redesigned.. A bit late to begining the export of a model, don't you think ?

2002 was the first year of the new body style, and honda now runs on a 5 year product life cycle.

time to learn math, dont you think?

There is no need for those words...
I'm sorry, but for me, it's now a bit late to learnt maths, at least those maths.. Because I think that after 17 years studying it I don't really need to keep back to "addition" level.

Anyway, I'm really sorry for you, but Honda introduced the current Civic line-up in September 2000. And yes, now with their 5 year product cycle the new model should come in 2005, as I said.

Want a confirmation.. just have a look:
http://world.honda.com/news/2000/4000913.html

The fact that you waited 2 years for getting the Civic Si in the US doesn't mean that Honda will wait till 2007 and make a 7 year cycle of a model like the Civic. Spetially because, the current Civic (spetially the Sedan) isn't really advanced for his time...

One more thing, the next time you'll find something funny to disqualify somebody, at least, be sure you're right on what you're saying.

You could usually rely on Honda changing models every 4 years... Civics were '80-'83, '84-'87, '88-'91, '92'-95, '96-'00. But, it seems since the Last gen Integra, the product cycle has indeed extended to 5 years.

I'd like to see the CTR in North America, too. But what the dealers may be telling you is that an Si will be coming over as a 2004 with Type-R "type" styling. It will have larger wheels and a body kit... maybe some suspension changes, but I think the big news will be that, unlike the difficult to find FP items, they will make all of the stuff available as bolt-on for the 2002-2003 Si's. oh, and the prices won't be as low as $14k-$15k, but since we got our Si cheap, we'll enjoy the new body kits cheaper. I am also told that they will be prepainted. The new Si's will not change colors so only the Euro yellow owners will be left out in the cold without a spray booth. Check this site out, it is pretty reliable about this sort of info:

http://www.collegehillshonda.com/2002.htm

And now that you guys have vented a little, don't act so crappy, you two are part of the more intelligent people on this site, and you guys are sharing info from 1000's of miles away. You guys don't have to hold hands or anything, but don't act like such a shitass.

Well, if you don't want to come across as a S**ta** you may want to try irony rather than sarcasm, since sarcasm is irony with the intent to hurt. I am not trying to ride you on this, but rather point out why someone would get upset with your comments.

anyways...the point is that i said it wont happen again, which means i wont be sarcastic on message boards anymore, b.c its obviously difficult to tell that i am joking...

ok, so everybody has kissed and hugged and made crocheted shift knob cozies. So let's forget about it and go over-cook some corner down a backroad to make sure our ABS still works.
