Will it just be a couple features like alloy wheels and cosmetic touches?

It would be nice if the seats/steering wheels are more sporty, and suspension is tuned for better handling.

In Mazda, Sport is just the base trim.

If its equipped below the EX (which it appears to be) I'm not gonna care for it anyway, I can live with cloth seats but if it doesn't have a sunroof, count me out.

It is replacing the LXP which adds alloys and a power driver's seat. The only other use of the term Sport in Honda's lineup is the 2012 Ridgeline Sport which adds sportier wheels and grill to the base model RT and other upgrades but nothing in the performance area.

Sport trims have previously offered a leather steering wheel, shifter, sportier seat fabrics, a spoiler, and an exhaust finisher.

I believe Honda has used the Sport trim in the 09-11 Civic LX-S and the current Accord Coupe LX-S (I assume the S stands for Sport).

you guys are right. The codes show its based upon the LX, so I think tigerriot (and others) got it pretty close. Some inexpensive interior/exterior trim bits to make it look sporty, and thats it.

Not always.

Prelude SH had upgraded suspension and other components
Civic Si has upgraded suspension, interior, drivetrain
Element SC had upgraded suspension, interior

Correct, but the term Sport without any other alphanumeric designations is a new thing this year on the Ridgeline. There was an RTX a few years back that slotted between the RT and the RTS and offered a few upgrades to the RT, but this Sport model goes further than the RTX IMO. Here's hoping the Accord Sport his more than the LXS trims on the Civic and Accord Coupe.
