According to Google's translation of the article linked above, these 2012 Civic Sedans were spotted on a transporter truck coming out of Honda's Suzuka factory in Japan. Based upon its US-market shipmates, Noticias Automotivas suggests that these 2012 Civic sedans are most likely also bound for the USA (perhaps these are the vehicles we will be sampling during the press introduction in several months?).
