I have a 94 prelude srv and recently the antenna has been jamming on the way down. I doesn't quite go all the way down and stops about 3 inches before fully down. It also makes this loud grinding noise inside. Was seeing if anyone had this problem and how they fixed it. Thanks

I had this same problem and took the whole antenna out and took it apart to figure out what it was. The belt that pulls the antenna down's teeth have been worn out, and so the end of the belt doesnt catch on the gear. theoretically you should be able to replace the mast, but i've never found just a mast for sale. I would reccomend going to a junkyard and trying to pull a mast or entire motor from another car. If not, you can buy universal power antennas on ebay or at kragen or your local auto store. good luck.
