Hi Guys,
'Someone' has asked me for help to conduct a simple survey of current (ES 1.7l and ET 2.0l) Civic owners. I have created a survey in TOVA, accessible from the main page at http://asia.vtec.net. This is a unique opportunity for current ES/ET Civic owners to give your comments to the 'right' places so I would like to call upon all ES/ET Civic owners to paticipate in this survey. However, for their own reasons, they wish to only survey current ES/ET Civic owners.

Thanks Lim,
I can assure you it very definitely will have some impact though of course the important things like engine, gearbox, etc will already have been fixed. So it would initially be how they launch the Civic next year and then hopefully we can influence them to consider the 200ps Civic Sedan Si in the future. This survey is actually for use in the forthcoming launch of the Civic here and I am hoping that if we have a broad spectrum of participation from all over Asia, that maybe the results will be passed along to the other countries in Asia as well. Eventually my dream is that they will consider doing this sort of things regularly whenever they want to launch a new model - and give us more time to get it running.

You and them have about 2-3 months before the Civic 2006 launching, correct? Too bad Singapore already OTR. Any idea the Singapore model from Japan or Thailand?

Apparently Singapore will be getting their models from Japan. That's what I've been told from Kah SG.

Well, its actually only 'them'. I am just helping out someone which incidentally is very important to me (because he was instrumental in getting TOVA recognized as media by Honda. I.e. if not for him, I would not be getting the chance to attend new model launches or test-drive events. This is why I am making a very special effort to help him out).

For all those guys on the survey that mentioned that Fuel consumption is superb, are they talking about the 1.7 engine?
The same cannot be said about the 2.0l engine.
