Would they mention integrated keys if they were getting them? Honda had them for '05, but Acura did not.

That may be the "Honda" way for keyless entry but I'd bet Acura will go with the RL's keyless Access. You have to admit, it is a more luxurious "feel" to it then having to hold a key in your hands and puch a button.

Just wallk up to your Acura, grab the door handle, pull, get in and turn the switch.

If, if the new Civic has a "start/stop" button the the key could fit in a slot ala BMW to start the car.

Those huge keys are butt ugly. And if I want to switch to a better aftermarket alarm, I don't want to be stuck with them!

You are on drugs, dude. 99% of today's TSX buyers have no need or desire to upgrade a factory-integrated remote entry/security system like the one that comes standard. I have an '03 Accord, and the head of the key (remote) is smaller than the standard Honda/Acura remotes--and then there's no other piece to carry. I carry the key everywhere on my regular keychain and never notice it. To boot, the keys have the premium cut the befits a premium make of car like an Acura (and are more secure because it's a heck of a lot harder to find someone who can copy those keys compared to the TSX/old Accord keys).

I probably wouldn't upgrade the factory alarm either, but even if I didn't I would want that big integrated key. The Honda key I saw with the remote integrated into it looked a lot larger than the standard key that came with my S2000.

Yeah, Acura is sure behind the times with their keys. Even the current Civics have better keys. Hello, the 80's are calling and they want their keys back.

I think I remember Jeff saying at the TL release that Honda/Acura does/can not offer integrated keys on models with memory seats. Anyone else???

Hmm...I haven't seen the S2K keys, so maybe those are tiny. Nonetheless, to be pedantic, you can get keys cut with the new wave style without the integrated keyfob (a-la CR-V, Civic, Accord DX). My biggest beef with them is that the only place you can go to get replacements if you lose them (which I did about three weeks after I got mine) is the dealer, and they can gouge you. Still...$91 is better than the $300 or so I've heard the VW/Audi keys cost. It's just silly to me to have keys that don't match the brands--especially with a company like Honda who usually pays attention to nifty details like that.
