I was just wondering if anyone's had this problem.
I installed an Injen CAI on my RSX (base) 2 years ago, and have, seemingly had no problems to day.
However, both washer motors (installed on the replacement washer bottle) have had to be replaced, under warranty, within the last 8 months.
I had the back motor replaced by my Acura dealer last month. They claimed that the failure was due to vibration from the CAI, which they tightened (the bolt near the filter holding the intake to the body), and said that if another motor failed they would not replace it under warranty.
Does it seem plausible that vibration from the CAI (actually, the filter, since it's right below the water bottle) would cause the motors to fail?
Has it happened to anyone else?

I've had no problems with my DC Sports CAI nor the washer motors. I never use the rear sprayer, but use the front on occasion
Keep in mind that when using the sprayers, you should pulse them for no more than a couple of seconds at a time. They're small and can overheat with long pulse bursts.
