constant engine light - honda can't figure it out

This is a plea to anyone with any technical know how as to whats up with my 2002 civic Coupe EX...... i will build you a little story and what honda has done so far:
since 12000 Kms i've had an engine light keep coming on for a 3- piston misfire. So namely piston 1 2 3 (not 4) are misfiring. I brought to honda a number of times now and this has been done so far.....
(visit 1) Diagnostic Program Update 1
(visit 2) Diagnostic Program Update 2
(visit 3) Valve adjustment correction to factory specification
(visit 4) Spark Plug Coil replacement for pistons 1-3
The first engine light came on about 12,000 Kms, then 19600, then 21300, and now 22,020..... I just got the car back from honda and they said they have done everything possible as a dealership to find the problem including - compression tests, injector spray pattern examination, numerous electronic diagnostics etc.... Honda Canada Tech has recommended i drive the vehicle with the engine light until they find a new diagnostic program that will fix the problem because according to them every possible test has been made and everything is normal..... has anyone had this problem and actually found a solution or could recommend a diagnostic that the service techs have not attempted?
