I'm lost...but I think waiting for the 2014 Fit would be the best choice. I don't really need a car right now, so that isn't a problem. Anyone know when info on the 3rd gen Fit/Jazz will be released, or maybe at least spy/concept pics?

I'd definitely wait for the all new 3rd-gen Fit. It should be vastly improved...better ride quality, improved interior quality, greatly improved performance with all new 1.5 Earth Dreams engine/CVT, and much improved fuel economy. Just should be an all around much better car.

Thanks for the reply. I'm definitely waiting for it then. The ED 1.5 and CVT should greatly improve the fuel efficiency. If it is significantly more than the manual, then I will actually take the CVT over the 6MT (assuming Honda wouldn't be stupid enough to still use a 5MT).

And maybe make two versions of it, one with magic seats and beam axle and one without magic seats and IRS, for those that rather put priority on ride quality and have no need for magic seats. Maybe the new design can embrace both?
