There is nothing in this price range that is practical in Honda's lineup in America. You have the Fit, which looks good, but is on the small side and lacks tech features. If not the subcompact, then you have to go with the CR-V. Not all people want a crossover/suv. Also, the LX 2WD ($23,325 w/ dest.) does come with the tech features, but it looks ugly as butt on the outside (black plastic door handles and mirrors, no fog lights, ugly steel wheels). And to be honest, I hardly ever see 2WD models. The EX is good, but that is where it becomes too expensive.

I either would like to see a slightly larger and more luxurious Fit for the next generation, or maybe even a Civic wagon. The Civic Hatch is not any bigger than the current Fit, so that doesn't make any sense. And by wagon, I mean good looking wagon.

Agreed, basically a Mazda3 contributor is what Honda needs.

My vote goes to Honda Stream RN6 or RN8.
It's a good looking wagon-ish, good for 6 people. If you take away the back seat, it will be one hell of 4 or 5 people commuter.

This was my sole reason for leaving Honda. I was formerly a coupe guy. Owned 3 different Honda coupes. But my tastes have changed and I was looking for more utility w/o making the CUV jump. And oddly enough for several reasons I just plain don't like the Fit at all. Its a good car but I just don't like it.

Same, this is why after 20 years and 4 Honda/Acura I own a Mazda3 Sport now.

Right there with you — though for me, it's not the tech features, it's the premium and sporty features. Honda and Acura should have a competent hatchback in their lineups to compete with other manufacturers' entries — from Mazda3's all the way to Audi A3's and VW Golf GTI's in-between.

I've driven the Fit Sport and like it, but it's a big change from my current TSX in terms of feature set and performance. I love small cars and the versatility of hatchbacks, but the selection from my favourite car maker are severely limited.

Is it true an Accord Wagon is coming back? I think so since it will be global and replace the TSX wagon.

Praise Dominik!
That looks really nice...like, really nice.
It could use a little lowering (not much, just to close the wheel gaps and make the rear look more planted), but the TSX Sport Wagon really does look good with the Accord styling elements plastered on it. I'm getting an Odyssey meets Mercedes GLK meets TSX wagon vibe. And I like it

And since everybody complains about the lack of cargo room in the CT and TSX wagon (the intrusive shocks), maybe it's why Honda decided on new suspension set up to get more room in the cargo area. The Accord sedan already gained 1 cubic feet with 3 inches shorter vehicle. If true I guess now the complaints are going to be the lack of double wishbone while more cargo space is not so important. My guess Honda did something genius.
