We ordered a 2013 RDX that should be ready for delivery next week. I know that I should be excited but I'm nervous about a new vehicle.
This TSX, AKA, "Charley" has been a real sweetheart.
I drive for a Honda and a Toyota dealership and have driven them all for almost 7 years now. When I get back into "Charley" I fall in love all over again.......simply a great car!!!
Over the years we've owned 3 Integras (91 RS, 96 LS, 00 GSR)
a 04 RSX and our 06 TSX..... so the 13 RDX has alot of to live up to.
Normally I research....to the extreme. This time all it took was one test drive and I KNEW the new RDX was it.

It's a great job doing dealer-trades and new car deliveries to internet customers in Oregon, Washington and Idaho.
37 years as a Timber Cruiser will put the RDX in the garage. The "driver" job buys the gas.

NEW PRICE..........$16,500
We're headed to Kendall Acura in Eugene, Oregon tomorrow to pick up our new rig. We have a cash price secured and want to get a bid on our TSX. I'll probably be disappointed in their offer but I'd like to move on with other activities, like scouting for Deer and Elk!!!

Well, we didn't trade in "Charley", our TSX. Our cash price was great and their wasn't enough "meat left on the bone" for the dealership to give me what I wanted for Trade-In........no surprise.
Very pleased so far with the new RDX. 27.0 MPG over 180 miles of Willamette Valley (flat with short rolling hills) freeway cruising at 68-72 MPH. This includes an hour of stop and go over a 5 mile stretch. My ave. was at 28.4 when I ground to a halt for the accident ahead.
These readings are from the trip computer, so time will tell what the real deal is over time.

Hard to watch him drive away.
Buyer was from Seattle area, so I won't have to see "Charley"

Depending where in Seattle, the car may live a long prosperous life.. in Tacoma, OTOH, anything south of 6th street is a war zone.
