Maybe I'm missing something. Can you provide the link to these "videos" on Acura's website because the only video I see is of the concept RLX, which were released a while ago.

I didn't see it either.
To the thread starter, FWIW, Acura has integrated the fog lights into the main headlamp assembly in some older models.

Also, some cars (2013 RDX) only have (standard) fogs on the Tech Package.

Do you have a source that can confirm these statements? Or are you an H/A employee or supplier?
I suspect "none of the above" since production videos are never posted until the cars are released, and I doubt they'll delay the 5G TL for the 2015 model year.

on acura .com once one clicks future vehicles on top the next page allows choice of RLX or NSX...click RLX and small box appears in front and its is a three minute long video of two production RLX....one hybrid and one all wheel steering.....no fog lights...acura would make public "concepts" this late.
...and my pc froze not letting me know message had already been posted

The fog lamps are most likely LED's placed in the main headlamp cluster. Kind of like the newer Audi's. Skip to 3:15 in the video and you'll see what I mean.
I highly doubt that a $60,000-$70,000 car would not have fogs. Also, the 3rd gen pre-MMC TL had the fog lamps in the headlamp cluster.

The Youtube video is to showcase the technology and the model trim for the RLX line (eSH-AWD & FWD with 4WS). At the very end 2:59 & 3:10 it stated "RLX Concept". This indicates what you saw in the video were really just that; concepts and the production models probably won't look exactly the same (i.e. the assumption of the production models won't have the independent fog lights may not be true).
That being said I do enjoy watching the video again.
