Unlike some people are speculating, I think interior screen we can see is the i-MID display. If so, looks like Honda reduced the buttons on this puppy across the board... big time... those who have been crying for less buttons will be happy...

I was thinking the same thing after looking at the pics. The jumbo jet array of buttons in the current gen didn't bug me at first but seeing it now is painful.

I like what I see so far.

Is it possible they may have a new touch screen which may explain where some of the buttons have gone?

I hope they will NOT go to a menu driven system, talk about distraction. Buttons and dials are best if done properly. You can use them without looking whereas the menu system just begs to take your eyes off the road to look at the screen. Some may want amber signals for safety, the real hazard is taking your eyes of the road to view a display. Cars are not computers monitors. Go back to simple easy to use and intuitive dials and some buttons. Once these are learned you never have to look at them.
