The badge shape can be made out to definately NOT be an Acura badge -- therefore it's the Accord.
BTW, those tires look like 235's from my perspective. Looks pretty damned good in that picture.

I noticed that, too - more of the rounded square than ovoid.
Consider it the H of the JDM Honda "Legend."

Ok, I feel better with myself, I wondered if my eyes were playing a trick on me as it looked more like the Honda emblem...
The car is however (and to my mild disapointment, after the first rush of exitement) too similar to the RLX (hence the Legend) :(.
We'll have to wait some more to find pictures of our Real Accord...

There is no way that is the Accord. No way.

Is the RLX being made in Japan or America? If Japan, it would explain the Honda badge.

I saw it too but was hesitant. If this is the accord it looks very substantial and more upscale than I would have imagined. This could be good.

Well you are right that is a Honda badge.

The Acura badge has nearly the same shape on the "outline" as the Honda badge. Look at the ILX lid.

Well the tail lights are an exact match to those of the RLX and so are the creases on the sides of the vehicle, but oh wait, let's ignore that and focus on that taped up badge... yea, that's a Honda. PLEASE! IT'S THE RLX PEOPLE!!!

This is definitely the RLX. I'm surprised most of you haven't noticed the XM satellite radio antenna, which is the one that Acura uses. Take a look back at the Accord spy pics and you'll notice that the XM antenna is the same as the current Accord.

Yeah I think it is the RLX too. I'm just saying it could be the next Legend brought in from Japan, hence the Honda badge.
I can't find any info on where it is being built though.

I'm pretty sure Honda puts some sort of padding (maybe a piece of cardboard) under the tape that covers the badge, specifically so the badge shape cannot be made out. But it's hard to tell from this photo.
What is clear, like everyone else said, is that this is indeed the RLX, since the tail lights and side crease are identical to the concept.

Common sense people. This car is too large to be an Accord and its dimensions are pretty much on par with what we know about the RLX. this is the RLX.

I've since tracted my statement. Rear view mirrors are a different shape on this vehicle and the Accord pictured last week.
It would just be nice for us North Americans to get a good looking Accord sedan like the rest of the world gets. :)
Conisdering that this car (RL) is soo good looking, and based on how the RL has always been a looker compared to the Accord, this means the Accord is going to a ugly duckling by comparison.
