In an interesting twist on things, FOM (F1 Management) has ordered that two venues (Hungary and the USGP) open their pitlanes to the paying public for a few hours on Thursday morning of the grad prix weekend. I had the opportunity to go to the Indianapolis Thursday morning walkabout.

It was, in a word, a madhouse! There must have been several thousand people running through there...it was constant chaos trying to get your pictures of the cars, but I was able to get through and snap photos of Jag, Minardi, BAR, TOY-scrota, and even a McLaren that had been down at scrutineering! :-)
