Day 4 (World Challenge Qualifying Spoilers)
Shawn left back for LA _very_ early this morning, so I'm (Tuan) here to give this day's report. After only a few hours of sleep due to Shawn's early flight (ahem), we head on out to Road Atlanta to meet up with the Realtime crew. Arriving a little late, just after qualifying, we see the Realtime crew busily working on the cars. This wasn't a good sign. We find Pierre and he tells us what happened. The wet conditions and a little too much aggression in qualifying caused him to spin into a wall. We also talked to Zac and found that he had a "slight" mechanical problem with his car. Click on the picture below to see a video interview with Zac explaining what happened. We also got some good detailed pictures of various parts of the RSX. Here are a few preview pictures: Tomorrow, I will be at the Atlanta SCCA Solo2 event at Turner Field. I'll be driving the TSX in G-Stock against cars such as the Mini Cooper S and Civic Si. Jeff and Gilbert will be back at Road Atlanta to watch and record the race with various in-car cameras that Realtime Racing is letting us install in their cars. [Previous Page]
